Payments made for the purchase of any goods through this website are undertaken at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Neither Ippon Sports nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors. We expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Return Policy & Process
Ippon Sports agrees to provide refunds if our clients are not 100% satisfied with their products. Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions.
Return Procedure
To return an item:
- Contact customer service at sales@ipponsports.co.za or WhatsApp 084 515 4722 to arrange a return.
- Once approved, place the item securely in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Ippon Sports will arrange courier collection using the same courier that delivered the goods, from the same delivery address, at the same delivery cost originally charged (unless only part of the order is returned).
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund. Please allow seven (7) days from receipt of the returned item for processing.
- Customers will be notified by email once the return has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used
- Items damaged by the customer
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note: A 5% handling fee will be charged on all returns.
4. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed during normal business hours Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will normally be processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Ippon Sports uses reputable courier services to deliver orders across South Africa.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities and metropolitan areas: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Outlying or regional areas: 2–4 business days after dispatch
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the courier company and delivery location.
Overnight Delivery
Where overnight delivery is available, it applies only to business days. Orders placed after the daily dispatch cut-off time, or over weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size or weight of the order. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery progress.
Delivery Address
Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Ippon Sports will not be responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Ippon Sports cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting:
