You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Return Policy & Process Ippon Sports agree to refunds if our clients are not 100% happy with their products. Products are to be returned within 7 days of purchase and T’s & Cs apply as per our return process below.

To return an item please contact customer service at sales@ipponsports.co.za or WhatsApp 0845154722 to arrange a return.
After customer services have been informed, place the item securely in its original packaging. Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Ippon Sports will use the same courier company to collect the goods from the same address where it was delivered at the same cost that was charged for the delivery unless it is not the whole order that is returned and where it may affect the delivery charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned:

b) Damaged by customer

Please Note A 5% handling fee will be charged for all returns.
