Kekomi Geri Ippon Kumite is a video for the basic attacks and their defenses in a number system. This number system is designed for junior students to slowly master the basics and gain confidence both in the attacking as well as receiving of blows and kicks.

Kekomi Geri means that side kicking attacks is aimed at the opponents body with various blocks and counter attacks.
